Reservations : Should be made in writing by returning a completed booking form, together with the deposit or full payment (if less than 8 weeks before the arrival date)

Client – The person signing the Booking Form
Payment Schedule : 25% of total cost as deposit on booking
Full balance required 8 weeks before arrival date
Breakage Deposit – 300 Euros (paid locally)
Upon receipt of Booking Form, plus cleared deposit
cheque, a confirmation of booking and receipt will be issued.
* If less than 8 weeks before date of arrival, total cost is due with
the booking form.

Alterations : Alterations to the original booking must be made in writing. Every effort will be made to comply with the requested alteration. However, if alterations are made 8 weeks before departure and cannot be catered for, the owners reserve the right to enforce the cancellation fee as detailed above.
Bedding & Linen : Each bed is supplied with a mattress cover, cotton sheets, pillows and blankets.
Laundry Facilities : Unless specified otherwise, clients can make use of the shared laundry facilitates. Each Gite is equipped with an iron, ironing-board and clothes airer.
Cleaning : The client is responsible for leaving the Gite in the same condition as they find it. This includes returning all furniture to its original position. If in the opinion of the owner, the house has not been satisfactorily cleaned, a cleaning charge of 20 Euros per hour will be deducted from the Breakages Deposit. Equipment is supplied for day-to-day cleaning.
Occupancy : The maximum occupancy per house must not be exceeded. Infants and young children should be included when stating numbers in party.
Swimming Pool : Length 10m, Width 4m. Open from May to September/
October. For obvious safety reasons children may only
use the pool under adult supervision.
Pets : Pets will only be allowed by prior arrangement with the owners.
Caravans/Tents : Are prohibited in the grounds and car park.
Changeovers : The change over day is SATURDAY
Arrival Times : From
Departure Time : By 10.00am
Keys : Will be handed over upon arrival
Breakage Deposit : 300 Euros paid locally. The breakage deposit will be returned to you, minus any deduction, upon departure.
Inventory : Please check the inventory on arrival and note down any damaged/missing items in the Gite information file. Similarly, record and date any breakages/damages during your stay. The owners reserve the right to charge for any broken/damaged/missing items. If such sums exceed the breakage deposit, the client agrees to pay for the replacement of these items, in full, before departure.
Insurance : The client should ensure that their party has adequate insurance to cover their travel, medical and personal needs.
Disclaimer : The owners cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any injury or damage to clients or any member of their party or any of their property whilst using the Gite, grounds, car park or pool.
Complaints
Procedure : Any problems regarding the properties must be reported to the owners within 24 hours of arrival, or within 24 hours of any fault occurring. The owners will endeavour to resolve any problems as soon as they are reported.
Disputes : Any dispute between the parties will be subject to English Law.
Acceptance of
these Terms & Completing the booking form implies knowledge and
